The ECLKA hosts 2 back-to-back Championship Shows in December, along with an Open Show usually held in conjunction with the Hawke's Bay Kennel Association's Championship Shows in May. Several Ribbon Parades are also held throughout the year. |

SHOW VENUES The ECLKA is fortunate to be able to use the very spacious Equestrian Park just out of Hastings city for its Championship Shows. There is plenty of room for exercising the dogs and for camping (no powered sites), with toilets and showers available. (A small per night fee is payable to the HB Equestrian Trust by campers.) The Open Show is held at the Hastings Racing Centre, date to be confirmed but likely in conjunction with Hawke's Bay Championship Shows, Ribbon Parades are held at Anderson Park, Greenmeadows, Napier. |
SCHEDULES Official Schedule for the Championship Shows will be in the October NZ Dog World. Contact the Show Secretary for any information regarding these shows. Details of the Ribbon Parades will be posted on this site (scroll down this page) when finalised and also in the ECLKA Newsletter. Non-members are usually notified on the NZ ShowDogs Internet Group If you wish to receive our Ribbon Parade schedules via personal email please contact me and I will add you to our 'emailing list'. ENTRY FORMS for our Ribbon Parades are available here to download and print out. Save time on the day and have your entries forms completed prior to leaving home. |
